The role is responsible for fulfilling various writing needs of the business, including articles, blogs, scripts, and other content requirements. The position involves researching industry-related topics, crafting clear marketing copy to promote products and services, and creating well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

Primary Responsibility:

The role ensures the delivery of quality and relevant content on time. This includes researching industry-related topics, generating new content ideas, proofreading articles before publication, and producing high-quality writing pieces that resonate with the target audience.

General Accountability:

  • Research industry-related topics through various sources.
  • Craft clear marketing copy for product/service promotion.
  • Create well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for illustrations.
  • Incorporate SEO guidelines for increased web traffic.
  • Promote content on social media platforms.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new topics.
  • Maintain consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone.
  • Update website content as necessary.
  • Write online and offline content for diverse purposes.
  • Brainstorm with the team to approach target write-ups.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Develop ad copies.
  • Monitor performance of published articles and copies.
  • Adapt articles for the US market.

Directly reports to the Marketing Manager.

Position Requirements:

  • Preferably holds a degree in BS Journalism/English/Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of writing experience.
  • Ability to adapt to American writing style, preferably native American or with US residency experience.
  • Familiarity with web publication and researching using various sources.
  • Strong communication skills.
