About the Job
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing SEO optimization activities, including strategy development, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO. In this mid-level role, you’ll use your skills to drive impactful SEO strategies, delivering measurable results across assigned campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct an initial analysis of clients' websites to identify opportunities and areas for optimization.
Analyze and evaluate on-page SEO elements, reporting on site strengths and weaknesses, and creating actionable improvement plans.
Develop, refine, and manage SEO keyword lists to support client goals.
Review all data from intake forms, webmaster tools, and analytics to inform and shape meaningful SEO activities.
Conduct research on competitors and keywords to identify growth opportunities.
Execute SEO strategies tailored to budget, client needs, competitive landscape, and growth potential.
Perform regular audits on Webmaster Tools and Analytics for ongoing project optimization.
Use Google and third-party tools to track and report SEO campaign progress.
Audit off-page elements, identify improvement opportunities, and design strategies to enhance off-page performance.
Assess the impact of SEO activities and drive consistent, positive campaign results.
Implement and execute SEO recommendations to improve visibility and site performance.
Maintain up-to-date certifications and stay informed on Google trends and algorithm updates.
Perform additional tasks as required to optimize overall business performance.
Position Requirements
Strong background in SEO with experience in strategy execution.
Proficiency with Google tools (e.g., Analytics, Search Console) and SEO software.
Data-driven approach with the ability to translate analytics into actionable SEO tactics.
Must be amenable to the hybrid setup to ensure active participation in team collaboration and campaign discussions.
