Position Overview:
The role is responsible for managing paid media campaigns from strategy to execution, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis. The specialist ensures campaigns are aligned with client objectives, industry standards, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
Conduct keyword research (including long-tail and competitor analysis) and audience targeting for Google and social platforms.
Structure campaigns, ad groups, and targeting to ensure efficiency and relevance.
Set up and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Implement advanced campaign types such as Google Shopping Ads and Meta Product Catalogs.
Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights.
Identify underperforming keywords, creatives, and audiences, and implement improvements.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting strategies.
Enhance ad performance through better structure, relevance, and use of extensions.
Content & Creative Support
Create compelling ad copies and messaging tailored to target audiences.
Provide input on landing page structure, including wireframes, copy, and metadata to improve conversion rates.
Tracking & Analytics
Implement tracking through GTM, including conversion tracking, form tracking, and click tracking.
Ensure proper integration with Google Analytics and CRM tools for accurate reporting.
Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Budget & Performance Accountability
Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across campaigns.
Ensure efficient ad spend to achieve optimal ROI and campaign targets.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives.
Maintain clear documentation of campaign changes and performance updates.
Communicate campaign status, insights, and recommendations clearly.

Qualifications:
