Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC campaigns, including strategy, planning, and daily execution
  • Ensure campaigns are set up with accuracy
  • Keyword research and ad copy creation
  • Manage conversion rate optimization experiments for landing pages and client websites: A/B+muiltivariate testing to maximize conversion rates (working alongside our development and design team)
  • Focus on key performance indicators for client spend: Return on Investment, Cost per Acquisition, Conversion rates
  • Implement testing strategies to continually identify optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve campaign performance
  • Monitor results, analyze key website metrics, and provide recommendations and strategies for continued campaign improvement
  • Exceed client expectations and performance goals on a daily basis
  • Demonstrate passion for the search engine marketing space as illustrated by continuously staying abreast of industry news, attending relevant seminars and participating in Web conferences

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in PPC/SEM
  • Proven track record of developing and running successful Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter campaigns
  • AdWords certified
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
