Work setup: 2 Days onsite | 3 days WFH
Shift Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. This role requires a data-driven strategist who can build high-performing campaigns, analyze performance, and align strategies with client goals.
You’ll oversee the full campaign lifecycle — from keyword and audience research to implementation, optimization, and reporting. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving ROI, this role is for you.
What you will be doing:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement paid media strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Conduct comprehensive long-tail and competitor keyword research.
Organize keyword groups and identify optimal audiences for social media campaigns.
Create and optimize search, display, and performance max campaigns.
Optimization & Analysis
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Conduct A/B testing of ad parameters and scheduling.
Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Implement GTM tags for accurate conversion tracking.
Collaboration & Reporting
Generate performance reports and create actionable media plans.
Collaborate with team members to align strategies with client objectives.
Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
2+ years experience in digital marketing or paid media campaigns.
Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on optimization and consistent performance improvement.
