About the Job


The Mid-Level Marketing Copywriter will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing results, including rankings, impressions, traffic, and conversions, through compelling, strategically-aligned content. You’ll create engaging copy across digital marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Email Marketing, leveraging both technical expertise and marketing creativity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adapt and apply client branding guidelines in all content.

  • Write targeted copy that speaks to specific customer personas.

  • Conduct accurate research across industries and perform competitor content analysis.

  • Conduct basic keyword research for SEO and paid media.

  • Keep up with copywriting trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Create high-quality content at scale, including web copy and content marketing pieces.

  • Develop content outlines for structured content and ideate topics aligned with campaign goals.

  • Produce outreach articles aimed at building quality backlinks.

  • Apply content strategies to increase search visibility, such as updating old articles and consolidating content.

  • Execute content across various industries and channels, including social media and paid media.

  • Self-edit for quality and consistency and review Junior Marketing Copywriters' work, providing constructive feedback.

  • Participate in the training and development of Junior Marketing Copywriters.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience writing for digital marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, able to clearly communicate internally.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Must be amenable to the hybrid work setup, contributing onsite to foster effective collaboration and team synergy.
