The Content Development and Growth Lead creates content strategy and calendars, and oversees the production of Traffic Driving Articles (TDA) and Web Copies for SEOReseller’s client websites. 

The Content Development and Growth Lead is responsible for managing strategy, production, workload, quality control of engaging, traffic-driving on-page content for client websites. The Lead is to ensure that all produced content is at par with the company’s requirements and set standards.  By doing so, the Lead impacts client website rankability, traffic and DA, and helps maintain a healthy portfolio of client websites.


  • Work Volume Fulfillment
    • Ensure that the daily and weekly output is met (varies depending on project needs), both from in-house and offshore contributors
    • Plan or execute revisions on the copy and strategy as needed for better quality and better ranking 
  • Content Strategy and Creation 
    • Plan and QA content with minimal grammar/spelling errors; ensure content is compliant with quality standards, content guidelines/client brief, as well as other strategies needed for engagement and rankability
    • Strategize articles and content calendar meant for building authority, internal linking, and topic relevance
  • Quality Compliance 
    • Follow best practices for traffic-driving articles as needed by clients and the company.
    • Actively pursue feedback and results in relation to content produced
    • Co-monitor performance of the client domains assigned (monthly, quarterly gains in traffic or organic keywords) with the SEO Department and Partner Success & Growth (PSG) Teams
    • Handle revisions sent back by the client according to specs provided 
  • Client Management
    • Regularly touchbase with clients to check on content quality requirements and gather feedback
    • Provide feedback to the necessary contributors and suggest process initiatives and innovations
  • Govern Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the On-Page Content Team.
  • Manage the On-Page Content Team’s performance and provide guidance for their growth and development in their respective careers.
  • Apply gained knowledge in order to create effective strategies and quality content. 
  • Be creative in applying or linking assets to articles. 
  • Tackle tasks and assignments with flexibility. Quick to adjust to ever-changing SEO/content landscape in relation to the Google algorithm and guidelines. 
  • Adhere to the deadlines set for tasks.
  • Improve the quality of work by using the given tools and techniques. 
  • Generate new content ideas and experiments to drive more traffic towards the client websites.
  • Give ideas and solutions on how to tackle topics and keywords on articles. 
  • Raise concerns and issues to Management as deemed necessary.
  • Be able to transfer gained knowledge to other members of the organization. 
  • Adhere to the no. of leaves required on a monthly basis.
  • Zero or minimized tardiness minutes on a monthly basis.



  • Leadership and client-facing experience are a must
  • Ability to plan engaging, traffic-driving content 
  • Aptitude for keyword research and topic ideation that will drive traffic and keyword rankings
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail within demanding deadlines 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed with writers, Content Strategists, Partner Success & Growth Executives and other stakeholders in the organization.
