JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Available: Business Development Manager

Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate qualified leads and acquire new clients, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth. This leadership position will be strategizing, driving and executing sales and business development activities focused on acquiring new customers and clients.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue Growth
  • Total New Sales Closed
  • Total New Accounts Secured
  • Marketing: Qualified Leads Generated
  •  

Incentives:

  • Uncapped Sales Commission
  • Specified percentage for each sale closed

 

Responsibilities:

 

Marketing and Lead Generation:

  • Plan, lead, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Leverage marketing channels and automation to promote our solutions and generate quality leads
  • Identify industry opportunities, attend key industry events and nurture partnerships for lead acquisition.
  • Conduct research to uncover potential business opportunities.
  • Engage with relevant groups to expand our network.

 

Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation:

  • Conduct meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, communicate and showcase the value of our offerings and negotiate to close deals.
  • Develop a fresh portfolio of new clients and review client portfolios for expansion opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies for revenue growth.

 

Relationship Management:

  • Foster client trust and loyalty.
  • Establish strategic partnerships.
  • Expand network for growth opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless project execution.

 

Product and Service Development:

  • Enhance value proposition for customers.
  • Analyze customer and competitor data.
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Existing network of prospects.
  • Sales and business development experience.
  • Understanding of AU and NZ markets.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
