Job Title: Account Manager (AM)
Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH
Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3-5 years preferred)
We’re looking for an Account Manager (AM) who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The AM plays a crucial role in campaign execution, performance tracking, and ensuring excellent client service. You will be the main point of contact for assigned clients and will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless campaigns that drive results.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about campaign success and client satisfaction.
Client Campaign Management & Execution
Execute client campaigns with efficiency, accuracy, and within budget.
Work cross-functionally with creative, media, strategy, and analytics teams.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and feedback.
Ensure timely delivery and alignment with client goals and quality standards.
Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and respond to inquiries or concerns.
Build strong professional relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to enhance service and deepen client engagement.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Manage timelines, provide project updates, and flag potential issues proactively.
Act as the internal advocate for your clients and keep stakeholders aligned.
Reporting & Performance Presentation
Track and report on campaign KPIs, providing data-driven insights.
Create and deliver client-facing performance reports and presentations.
Recommend actionable improvements for ongoing and future campaigns.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
Address operational challenges and resolve client concerns efficiently.
Escalate major issues when needed to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to client service.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in client management, account servicing, or marketing campaigns.
Proven track record in managing campaigns and client relationships.
