SUMMARY:

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those looking to shift their careers to digital marketing and account management. As an Account Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in building and maintaining relationships with our Australian clients in the digital marketing industry. You will assist in managing digital marketing projects such as SEO, PPC, and web development & design, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to business growth. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and kick-start your career in account management within the digital marketing field

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our Australian digital marketing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

    2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic guidance and support.

    3. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates to discuss project progress, performance, and upcoming initiatives.

  2. Campaign/Project Management:

    1. Oversee the successful execution of digital marketing projects including SEO, PPC, and web development & design, from inception to completion.

    2. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO specialists, PPC analysts, web developers/designers) to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

    3. Monitor campaign/project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    4. Conduct thorough campaign/project reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

  3. Digital Marketing Strategy:

    1. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their goals.

    2. Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from the initial campaign pitch, to campaign setup, execution, review and reporting

    3. Provide strategic recommendations to clients on SEO, PPC, and web development & design initiatives to drive maximum results and ROI.

    4. Work with the SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content and Development teams to consistently improve client websites for optimal success and to better serve overall digital strategy

    5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and educate clients on new opportunities and best practices in digital marketing.

  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    1. Track, analyze, and report on campaign/project performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

    2. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and make data-backed recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

    3. Collaborate with the operations eam to provide clients with comprehensive reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.


 

Qualification

  • Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and develop skills in account management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills across all levels

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details, critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights

  • Familiarity with Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, etc.) experience is a plus but not required
